Mr. Cohen regularly prepares and reviews contracts and documentation utilized in all aspects of transportation practice including: shipper-carrier contracts, broker-carrier contracts, broker-shipper contracts, commissioned agent agreements, non competition agreements, load confirmation documentation, tariffs and broker on carrier rules provisions.
Mr. Cohen has substantial experience handling multi-million dollar claims resulting in favorable outcomes for his clients. Mr. Cohen handles cases in multiple state and federal courts across the country and participates in multiple national transportation organizations, including The Conference of Freight Counsel, Transportation Lawyers Association and Transportation Intermediaries Association. Mr. Cohen is a speaker addressing interstate transportation issues both trough presentations at association conferences and conducting legal education seminars for other attorneys.
