Fees & Costs
Keenan Cohen & Howard P.C. takes a simple and forthright approach to attorney’s fees and costs. Our fees are billed at a single blended rate of $255.00 per hour for all attorneys. It’s that simple, and that reasonable. Our paralegals are billed at a rate of $95.00 per hour. We issue our statement of professional fees and expenses on a monthly basis, and expect that all statements will be paid by our clients in 30 days or less.
Upon engaging our firm for the first time, we may request a modest initial retainer to be held in escrow, and we will provide you with an engagement letter confirming all terms of our engagement.
In this economic climate, we provide our clients with what we perceive to be a considerable bargain. Our growth and success suggest that our clients agree with our perception.
