Nicholas Gaunce

Mr. Gaunce served as Associate Editor of the Law Review at Ohio Northern University Law School, from which he graduated with top honors. Mr. Gaunce served as a judicial clerk for one year, after which he became a litigation associate with a large regional law firm handling commercial litigation matters. Mr. Gaunce now focuses his practice exclusively on transportation related matters, especially with respect to commercial bankruptcy issues and freight litigation governed by the Carmack Amendment to the Interstate Commerce Act.
