Mr. Howard has over 20 years of commercial litigation experience, having focused his practice primarily on toxic torts, products liability and transportation law. His practice is now almost exclusively transportation related. He currently represents clients in U.S. District Courts across the country in connection with freight revenue, demurrage, freight loss and damage, and derailment related claims, as well as a variety of transportation related, contractua,l and commercial matters.
